In connection with new regulations on the protection of natural persons related to the processing of personal data, we would like to fulfil our obligation to inform you about the manner in which we process your data. Information on the processing of personal data:

Your data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1(f) of GDPR, i.e. on the basis of necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests satisfied by the Controller or a third party.

Where do we have your data from?

We have derived your data:

  1. directly from you.
  2. from an entity who had concluded an agreement for provision of services to your benefit with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.,
  3. from a partner/third party co-operating with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. which had disclosed your personal data on the basis of your consent.

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. operates within a capital group which comprises also Ellert Sp. z o.o. Information is transferred between the companies on the basis of a data transfer agreement.

Which data do we process?

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. processes the following categories of data:

  1. contact details,
  2. data required for identification for the purpose of conclusion of an agreement, provision of a service and issuance of an invoice,
  3. identification data necessary for on-line correspondence,
  4. data necessary to match an appropriate marketing offer and services of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. for you (if you have given a respective consent to such activities before).

For what purpose will we use your personal data?

We will process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  1. for execution of activities carried out upon your request before conclusion of an agreement,
  1. for conclusion and performance of an agreement with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.,
  2. for performance of an agreement concluded with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. to your benefit as a third party (Article 393 of the Civil Code), when another entity is the party to the agreement,
  3. for fulfilment of a legal obligation of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o., e.g. issuance of an invoice or a bill,
  4. for marketing purposes related to products and services of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. (if you have given a respective consent to such activities before). 

Are you obliged to provide personal data?

In the scope in which the processing of your data serves the purpose of performing an agreement with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o., the agreement will be concluded only if you provide your data. Provision of data is voluntary, yet necessary to conclude and perform the agreement. If you fail to provide personal data, the agreement will not be concluded. Provision of data necessary for issuance of an invoice is a statutory obligation and results from the Act on the tax on goods and services.

In the remaining scope provision of personal data is voluntary, it is not a statutory or contractual obligation and is not a pre-condition for conclusion of an agreement.

What is the basis for the processing of your personal data?

The basis for the processing of personal data is, depending on carried out activities:

  1. conclusion and performance of an agreement with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.,
  1. fulfilment of a legal obligation of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. (e.g. issuance of an invoice),
  2. a legitimate interest of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. (direct marketing of its products and services or performance of an agreement concluded with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. to your benefit as a third party, when another entity is the party to the agreement),
  3. your consent.

What can you do with the personal data provided to us?

You are entitled to request Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. to provide you with access to your personal data, to rectify or erase them, to restrict their processing, object to the processing, we may also transfer them to another data administrator upon your request. You may file an objection with regard to the processing of your data for the purpose of marketing of own products or services of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.

How to revoke your consent?

You may give all or some of the consents or give no consent. You may revoke your consent given to Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. in connection with the processing of personal data at any time without any negative consequences. You only need to send an e-mail, call us or write to us via traditional mail to the contact details indicated above. You may manifest your will to revoke the consent in any manner, the only condition is that it must effectively reach us. Revoking the consent does not affect compliance of the processing of your data before, this means that until you revoke the consent, the processing of your data by Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. remains legal.

How long will we store your data?

Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary for performance of an agreement concluded between you and Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. or an agreement concluded by another entity to your benefit, and after that period for a time corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims which may be raised by or against Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.. If your personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation of the controller, personal data will be stored for a period necessary to fulfil such obligation. Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until you revoke such consent.

If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller, where the basis for such processing is performance of an agreement concluded with Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. to your benefit, data will be processed until the legitimate interest which provides the basis for processing is satisfied. If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller, where the basis for such processing is direct marketing of products and services, your personal data will be processed until you object to it.

Where you can lodge a complaint on the processing of personal data by Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.?

Currently, you may refer such complaints to the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; We would like to note that soon the President of the Personal Data Protection Office will be the supervisory authority competent in this regard.
How we will not process personal data?

Your personal data are not subject to automated processing (e.g. profiling) which will give raise to any legal effects against you or in a similar manner considerably affect you, still we use cookies and other systems recording traffic on our sites.

Cookies

The website https://www.ellert.pl uses cookies. Such files are collected only for the purpose of gathering information, adjusting sale to particular products, individual needs and preferences of Customers. Cookies are stored by a browser on Customer’s hard drive and do not directly serve collection of personal data. This means that the Customer may disable cookie support on his/her browser, but this will limit the possibility to use the Website of Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o.

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. collects IP addresses during Internet connections for technical purposes related to administration of servers. They are used for statistical activities and to facilitate management of cookies.

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. would like to inform the Customers that it is possible to set their browsers in a manner preventing storage of cookies on Customer’s device. The Customer may delete cookies after they are recorded by the Seller by relevant functions of the browser, appropriate programs, or by using

relevant tools available in the operating system used by the Customer.

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. would further like to inform the Customers that any change of browser settings which prevents or limits storage of cookies on Customer’s device may cause limitation of the functionalities of provided services. Similar effects may be caused by deleting cookies during provision of the service.

Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. as the Controller of your personal data makes every effort to ensure any physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against their incidental or intentional destruction, incidental loss, change, unauthorised disclosure, use, or access in accordance with all applicable provisions.

For this specific purpose Drukarnia Ellert Sp. z o.o. has co-operated with specialist in the field of GDPR and ISO 27001:2015 and fully adjusted its activity to the above mentioned set of standards related to the processing of personal data.
