Laminating

In theory, lamination is a technique of manufacturing  given material in multiple layers, simply gluing two or more sheets of paper or other solid board together with a thin layer of a liquid glue.

The lamination process in Ellert company is supported by BOBST Foliostar machine. This machine glues corrugated cardboard sheets  up to 10mm thick with printed cardboard sheets up to 400g/m2 in max. format of 1650x1650mm.

It is a fully automatic machine  equipped with Gapro Nano system that reduces the amount of applied glue. It makes laminated sheets as dry as possible and ready for the next process. Speed up to 9000 sheets per hour has no equal.
